Yeah, I just luv Swedish/Norwegian Death/Melo Death/Black Metal. Viking metal is awesome too.

 

Anybdy listen to Gorgoroth here?

Kind of a classic BM band..

 

Behemoth wins. Gorgoroth also wins.

Black/Blackened Death wins.

 

I like Blackened Thrash (Dragonlord).

 

I dont know if you have heard of them before but do you like Black Dahlia Murder? I only like maybe a handful of songs from them lol

 

I've only heard one of their songs actually...it was decent... "Miasma".

 

They play really good Melo-death.

 

I really hated "Demigod" ... I personally prefer my death metal separate from my black metal.

As I Lay Dying is excellent

 

love JFAC but Genesis sucked imo Doom is much much better

 

Almost every band names sucks... except JFAC. They really should drop their straight forward death vocals and mix it up like Doom. Maybe not play Doom, just make the vocals less cookie monster (like Thru the eyes of the dead)

 

Emperor summons satan and beats em both. Emperor is probably my favorite black metal band.

I heard about them (like I always do before my friends), and then they go see them (w/o me...I usually miss the shows that are more west out of Milwaukee), and then they all get hooked on it (Despised Icon was one, The Red Chord another, and now the Absence...the next one will prolly be The End this Tuesday lol)

 

One of the best and most successful.

Certainly one of my favorite bands.
