Maybe to help keep the feel of a small crew, we could divide the crew into groups- fractal specialists, sig specialists, text specialists etcetc.. I know this wouldn't physically reduce the number of people in the crew, but when there is probably only 4 or so people who specialise in something in the crew, it might help feel like it. Obviously the leaders will still be leaders and stuff.. also then, if someone needs help with something, they could check who is in which group and request help specifically to someone in that group.. for example, say i need help with text- i'd ask someone in the text specialists group for help or a tip or something..

i dunno, maybe its a bad idea.. i just finished watching superman so i'm a little 'urhmm'

Well, I dont mean telling people which group he/she should be in.. But maybe let them decide for themselves and if the others in the crew agree, then plant them there. Like, I know my strengths lie in LPs rather than tags. If you disagree, and think I'm better at tags, then fair enough, but I know that isn't the case

It sounds like a good idea to me too >.<. Same problem here too though, I wouldn't know where I belong
