we do that, then people give up names, and we take the names of 3 people , who other people have chosen..

then we open up a poll for every award, containing 3 people for every award,

after this people start voting, the first one to hit 15 or so, is the winner

is this good ?

Someone really needs to organise this - Any other member or even i could Get people to vote - Its similar to SotM/MotM but this is like for categories and not a single member

Nominations would be the best choice ie about 5 people or more for each category and then the Staff/member votes on them - That person goes through along with others who have the most votes to BATTLE IT OUT
