Paint.NET: 6/10 Photoshop: 3/10 Sorry mate, but it's not that good, infact I can almost tell the 4 major things you did 1. Did a cloud/smudged background 2. Added a C4D without any effects 3. Placed render 4. Added an effect C4D and did a poor job of using it I can tell you're a beginner. Try taking some tutorials here on the forum. To be honest with you I could probably make something of higher quality in Paint. Once again, I hope you take this in a positive way, as I only want you to learn from your mistakes and get better.
I know im a beginner and i dont make much signatures, just when im feeling like it. I will try some Tuts, but usually im to lazy to find one when i want to PS Thx for comment anyway

Needs more glow.^_^ Try this : make new layer, take some color(like blue) soft brush 50x-80x and tap somewhere, change mode to linear dodge.
