    Your cutting will improve the more you do it, dont worry about that. but my biggest thing is the quality of the source image; it's just not that great.

    Quality comes first! lol then the quality of the cut :P good one though, needs work

    That's actually Greiga Beast Out RockMan but whatever.

    It has blue outlines, but it's a screen cap of RockMan, they have too much skies and blue in the show. >=> But you will improve, just keep at it. =P
