Yes, he may have used your sidebars on your distinctly average template, but its a bit ironic you accusing him like that when you completely ripped a template a month ago at clantemplates when you submitted a Template Monster template into a design competition:

You made the Template Monster template using a tutorial? Sorry, but that is possibly the worst excuse ever. Template Monster don't do tutorials, and even if they did they wouldn't tell you how to make a carbon copy of one of their pay-per-download templates.

While I never had problems with him personally, he does seem to be a bit cocky and arrogant.
