Marijuana Should Be Legal?

caffeine in coffee is for idiots that cant stay awake in this world... it shouldnt be legal!

people use drugs for different reasons...thats a pretty ignorant and stupid thing to say

Don't stereotype the whole group of potheads together, you'd be surprised who you know that smokes and you have no idea.

yeah, hes right

a lot of higher class people smoke weed too, but they are putting their dignity on the line by admitting to smoking weed and fighting for legalization to the public

picture a well respected doctor making millions a year who suddenly admits to the public that smokes weed... how many people would think hes an idiot after that just because he uses pot? his patients would probably not go back to him thinkin hes high on the job or somethin :tongue:

 

lol, buddy, my cousin is a cop. And they don't use it. They just send the stuff off to see if it's good for medicinal use. The other stuff is burned or shipped off again to someplace legal.

I never said it was legal for rec use. I said it was decrimminalized, meaning that you were fine if you got caught with under 15 grams or so (it's down to a certain point cause of the conservatives). If you were caught, you payed a fine and they confiscated it. If you had above 15 grams, you were charged for possesion, and if you had above an ounce or so, you were charged with trafficing. So anything under 15, no record. anything over 15, a record.

And THC does kill brain cells. And it can cause lung cancer, any type of smoke does. Cigs, Campfire, literally anything. It's not good for your lungs, simple. However, it is less harmful than Cigs because it doesn't have as high a nicotine content (weed has it to ya know), and it doesn't have harmful additives like Benzin and rat poisoning. The paper is bad, but that's why god created water bongs.

and they say one glass of wine, which is the equivilant to 1 beer at 8%, or one shot of liquor at 40%, is good for you. Anything else might do damage, but you would still need a lot of alcohol (depending on your size)

and weed is harmful to your arteries. the THC constrains them.

I am well aware that beer is an acid, but so is vinegar and most water now (nothing's pure these days).

In the end. I still agree it should be legal. Now I'm gonna finish this beer and light up a joint...and post here again when there's more stuff to say.

 

The people who use it to escape reality, really just need to talk to someone and find out what is wrong. They are the ones who make it apear as if it is this bad thing. For some of those who are christian, which I am not, the bible says to use all seed-bearing plants. Is not marijuana a seed-bearing plant? I always thought it was. Hemp is also the strongest fiber in the world, it can be used to make stronger wood than there is out today.

 

strongest plant based fiber...and yes...I agree with you completely. Just use it to chill out if you had a stressful day, or if you just feel like relaxing. Not to escape reality or to look cool for a group.

 

I have been using to relax. I will get on this topic tomorrow and type up some things I looked up about it a year or so ago for school. The info was released by D.C. But for now im goin to bed.

 

I'll see if I can find my essay I did for school. But I might have to pay a trip to my old house so I can find the hard drive of my old computer...stupid house fires.
