Marijuana Should Be Legal?

I'm talking about what the media tells, not what it actually does.

WHY ALCOHOL IS WORSE THAN WEED

- You can overdose from alcohol, not weed
- Being an alcoholic is much worse than being a pothead
- Alcohol kills brain cells in order to get you drunk, weed stimulates brain cells by binding to THC receptors in your brain

When you drink, the alcohol is toxic to your brain cells which causes them to die. However, weed doesn't kill your brain cells, it stimulates them or even "tickles" them in a way, making you feel good.

 

..wtf is a THC receptor? lol

and i didnt know you can overdose from alcohol...


oh wait..YEAH umm is it Alcohol Poisoning??

 

How do you die from alcohol?
- You drink too much and alcohol completely dehydrates you and you just die at one point from alcohol poisoning (sp?).

How do you die from weed?
- You need to have 1/3 of your bloodstream to fill up with THC before you overdose. This means you need to smoke 1/3 of your bodyweight to kill yourself. If you weigh 150lb, you have to smoke 50lb of weed to die, which is IMPOSSIBLE!

THC receptors are cannabinoid receptors. When you smoke weed, the main chemical THC binds to these receptors in your brain and gets you high.

These cannabinoid receptors are NATURAL in the brain, maybe they were MEANT to be stimulated, meaning that we were meant to get high.

I think they should make weed legal, its less harmful then other drugs and it doesnt have any major side effects

1 because if fools were stupid enough to legalize beer and alcohol, they should be smart enough to legalize the one that doesnt cause car accidents...and excess vomiting..and spreading of stds by doing it with ugly women who u thought were hotties

ECONOMICAL problems

if hemp and marijuana were legalized, our economy would be DEAD

back when hemp and marijuana were legal, all paper was made out of HEMP, it was cheap and easy to grow massive amounts of it... and then TREE paper companies began to fail and lose profit.. this is only ONE example of an economical issue



think about this...
- hemp can be used for so many things like clothing, paper, fuel
- hemp seeds are highly nutricious.. they contain essential day-to-day fatty oil and protein
- marijuana can be used for VARIOUS health treatments... it is even more safer than a lot of prescription drugs (HA!)
- marijuana gets you high.... like i am right now! heheheheheheh


THEREFORE

cannabis is a wonder plant.. it does so much

the US gov. was afraid of hemp thats why they banned it cause most of em were all oil oil oil nad cut down trees cut down trees.

so they made it illegal.
