    Because it can be used as a medicine. I say it should be legal only for presciption (medical) purposes.

    Currently it is legal through medical reasonings and that's how it should stay.

    it is legal its a new law. but there is a restriction and i dont know too much about it so i wont post into detail because i dont want to look like an idiot.

    I think it should be legal, I mean whens the last time someone died from Marijuana..It doesn't cause cancer..it only causes bad reaction times...which is meant for you to stay home and chill with it..


    I mean come on!

    Cigarretes (i think thats how you spell it ) are in the lead.. marijuana is at like..0 so why wouldn't it be legal?


    I just hate it how misguided idiots like "abovetheinfluence" say people deflate and shrink...what kinda retarded ---- is that?

    I like it the way it is now. Only for medicinal purposes.

    The problem isnt the deathcount, its that it alters thought.

    Cigarettes for example, kills millions of people worldwide. Yet, it does not alter there thought process. Yes, they're both addidctive, thats why there both drugs. But when a drug alters your thought process, its bad?

    For me, it should be legal, but only if it is prescribed by a doctor.

    Yes, it should be legal, why?

    - Its safer than cigarettes and alcohol
    - Impossible to overdose from
    - Easy to grow large amounts and sell then place taxes
    - Does not cause lung cancer (studies prove it!)

    well people are as dumb as they are, they smoke weed then drive anyways like idiots but i think it should be illegal.
