How do I make this image less blurry.

Also how would I make the text look like it splattered like the above image? I messed around with smudge, but it looked nothing like that.

perhaps selecting the text, distressing the selection, and then filling it?

I could draw the letters splatting, but I figured there would be an easier way.

try brushing with a splat brush, then writing on top of it, and erase with a splat brush?

Hmm... now that sounds like a good idear. Ill test it out.

Do you know how to make that picture less blurry? I know theres a way to pretty much take the first pixels around the picture odd but not sure, I think its mainly used for stuff like when cutting out renders and such.

You can always clone stamp or sharpen it to make it less blurry.

Yeah sharpening should work. Sharpen, and then go to edit-fade sharpen, to something you like. Or go to sharpen- sharpen edges, and see if that helps.

just use a splatter brush of the same color over the text to make it splatter-like
