    Put the text layer in soft light, it would look a little better...

    She did.. its just you cant see the blending mode because the print screen is tiny!

    The innner glow and outer glow pics are too small I cant see what it says.

    If you are serious, then the tutorial was removed because it was taken from another site (ripped), it wasnt hers. There is a link further up in the post that has the original tutorial.
