Make Any Image Comic Style

1. first get ur pic



2. then duplicate the layer u have there its probably the backround

3. then go to filter blur gaussian blur and set it to 3.0



4. now set the blured layer to derken and there u go!

I've seen this on good-tutorials before. I don't like the effect of it.

 

sgt i wouldnt use the effect on a sig because it makes it look pretty messed up it works best on pictures at least thats what i used to use it on
