Took me a good hour or two. Taking pictures etc, and getting all the info i could on this device was pretty hard. But honestly i wrote most of it from my experiance with this device. Thanks !
Well I appreciate how much time it took you, it was really nice to write out a long review and post it for free, good on ya!
it's not just laptop mice, it would be any optical mouse with 1200+DPI.] so pretty much any mouse that costs more than 10 bucks. Logitech G5 is a great example...
I have actually tested the Logitech G5 mouse on the XCM XFPS 360, And it has terrible lag and catching with the crosshair and mouse movement. The XFPS 360 has trouble with logitech mice for some reason, I think it may be a hardware issue with the deadzone for that type of mice... I dont know everything, just a lot about the device, feel free to look into that if you want. And yes, I know about mouse DPI etc, but i did not post that because most laptop mice have high DPI, and i thought they were a great example of what should be used with the XFPS 360. But of course if you can find a high DPI full size desktop mouse it would be great, but I find laptop mice usually work better in general. Also, most 360 games have low sensitivity in most cases, and I dont think people injoy slinging a full size mouse across their desk just to turn around, Laptop mice are generally easier to fit in your hand, and to move.
it could be because that piece of equipment doesn't offer much bandwidth to the USB port. Logitechs mice tend to push USB ports to their limit. if such is the case, you'de be entirely correct then.
