ok, so, first we need to create our content area, so lets just grab our box tool, and create a simple box. There, now select it, and press f8, convert it to a movie clip for behavoir, and for the name of the movie clip, name it " content " of course with your the qutation marks, next, Make a new layer, called " Actions " and click on the keyframe, and put in this code _root.content.loadMovie("yourmovie.swf"); thats it, view it in flash, and there you have it, Enjoy guys and gals.
