The colors do not fit, there is no real depth and the text is very distracting.
It just looks like you used some brushes, put em there and thats it, read up some tutorials.
You have to make the different layerse fit more, using gradients, curves, etc... play with those settings a bit.

hey good sig ! i just dont like the bright text at the bottom left but i really like that "B" or whatever it is on him.

go read some tutorials, you have good potential!!
