The fact that the body may react to your mind intentions in a sleep might be useful... If you think about it.. Doing gym in your dreams, having sex, and other things would be useful (well... Having sex would not be useful but fun ). It could also help you getting better at something that needs practice such as sports or maths or ...

Those kits are lame.. Some have a tape who messes with your brainwaves and enduce you in a 'lucid' dream. Just plain brainwashing :P

If you want to have a lucid dream. You have to meditate on example the moon. People who are inexperienced in meditation WILL fall asleep eventually. If you continue it in a good way. You lay down on your bed. Relax all your muscles for about 5/10 minutes so that all your muscles begin tinteling. You can enduce also yourself. Just start with your feet. And think relax.. And it will happen if you're laying in a comfortable way. Well when you're total relax en comfortable. You start thinking over one line. And you have to let go the rest of your thoughts. Just think something like. When i see the moon, i am asleep... Over and over.
So when in a dream and you see the moon. You subconscious will remind you that you're asleep. And when that happens.. 2 things can happen. You wake up or you have a lucid dream!

This will offcourse not happen the first time you do this. By some it takes years and by others weeks or even days. I was born with it. My father has it to...

Another good example is to think 'when i see the back of my hand. I am sleeping!

Offcourse you will know when you're awake that you're not dreaming. BUT in a dream you will see that this is not real-life. And if you don't know for sure. Just jump in the air and start flying! hahahaha

And if this doesn't work. Just try LSD/Acid

It doesn't work like that. A dream is still not your full conscious. Haven't you remembered a dream that's all fuzzy and out of focus? This is how a dream is composed. If you want to learn math in a dream and you're lucid. Then you will be Da MathMastaH. You already know everything 'cause the dream changes at your will. If you think i want a ferrari. You see one.. or you will sit in one... in a matter of millisec..

Lucid dreaming is only fun and nice for self-exploring....

Pfft.. If you don't already know what ludic dreaming is, go kill yourself. Also, you coul get hurt from it. I've had one or two of them yeah, but I've also have one or two scars that came from nowhere.

Never the less, it is interesting I suppose.
