Man.. I've had the flashy dots before, but when I hear sounds it sounds like a banshee running at me, sometimes I see one.. I'd prefer to stay away from this.
I think I had one of these once. I was flying around the forst across my street, but with total conciousness the whole time.

this is like fricking old - i've been practicing it for about a year now since i got a sleeping package from this site - http://www.powerfulsleep.com/ It's not that hard - but alot of things can go wrong behind it, so you might want to be careful trying it, the whole science behind it hasnt been figured out... only the psychological bit. So you might have really random awkward dreams that feel real... and besides LUCID DREAMING is the REASON why people wake up and find RANDOM F***ing SCARS on their damn body... So yes, you wake up with a scar across your back your cheek, your whole body. Don't go ask God why... you already know your entering tabboo territory in the name of god. Now with the religious side gone.. back to the point. Try this at your own risk - you die that'll be your fault you were stuck in the dream world.
