This is my first tag completed since 4 months ago. v1: v2: v3: I did text versions to keep me sharp on text placement. Not sure if it did any good. Here's a tag from a tutorial I followed written by Cliche. C&C Much Appreciated.
the tut outcome is on the dot, great job, others i kinda like the text less b/c the text isn't that good. keep it up.
Yeah I had a feeling text wasn't that good. It's always text isn't it... I spent 4 hours trying to make the pen tool tag perfect... The longest I've ever worked on a tag. Anymore C&C?
the top on is th best coz the text kinda ruins the others ,also the crd cone thingy on the right looks wrong, maybe blend it or take it out coz it ruins it.other then that its good tag.
The text placement on the third one is the best IMO. Nice tag. I'm not such a fan of the last tag. Just isn't my style. Keep up the good work.
Oh well. Some people have their likes and dislikes. I thought about putting the text in the 3rd version lower, but that would've conflicted with the light source. More C&C Appreciated.
The tut outcome is perfect, really nice pen tooling. I prefer the version without text, but 3 is better than 2.
