Losing Weight

    Incorrect sir. I weighed 240 pounds at 16. Im currently 176 In a 8 month span. You do not need to change your entire life style. First off, watch what you eat.

    Eat 6 times a day. 3 of which are your main meals and 3 are snacks. Make sure your biggest meal is breakfest, or else you'll get hungry through the day and eat more. For snacks, what I ate and currently eat are grapes ( delicious) and sometimes, apples. Make sure you begin to excerise around 3-4 times a week. What i did was, set my alarm clock 20 minutes earlier in the morning. Every day id do 45 sit ups and push-ups (attempted lol). Gradually over time, set your clock 25 min ahead, 30, then 35. Its easier this way, because you excerise, shower and get rid of sweat, eat a nice breakfest, and your set.

    Also, change your milk. 2% taste the same, and 1%. That slim just sucks ass.

    Didnt have to change my lifestyle completely..


    Also, the guy who posted like a whole page survey, wow dude, 3 months? Thats crrazy.
