    i listen to mudvayne,trivium,lamb of god,mushroom head,demon hunter,as i lay dying

    anyone got suggestions for other bands i should check out?

    NOTE DO NOT post motorhead or slipknot, i just dont like em

    Id probably say motorhead or slipknot

    but seriously, theres actually an EXTREMELY heavy band that I know of called dismembered foetus..yea its a weird name

    i got disturbed,static x,korn, ill check out the others later but i listed the ones im constantly listening too

    check out coal chamber

    they are a mix between staticx & korn

    i swear the lead guitarist of korn (head) had to be in that band

    vocals are alot like old static x

    'Bang, Bang'

    was really heavy, it was in the xXx film at the begining

    Can't say they are all New Metal. But they are good.

    Also try something of Dream Theater. No New Metal, but defo worth listening to it.

    Coal Chamber came about before Static-X, and just after Korn did.....no relation to either of those bands at all.
