I'm looking for something similiar as this, please take a look at this website. If you look carefully, you notice that all the news on the main webpage has been posted from their forums. I want this to! Does anyone know which forum (or which forum & addon/script) can allow me to do this? If you don't know, maybe you know a good free CMS which allows me to do this? If you know I'd be happy to hear from ya.

none of both, just asking with what I can manage the same as the link I posted above.

p.s. I don't want a portal unless you can edit it so that you can use it in your own layout, or is this possible with any portal?

You should be able to use your own layout with any portal, but customization depends on the portal in question.

What type of forum software are you currently using? That would help greatly, I've used severl CMS systems if you have questions. ;)

Using none at the moment. I tried something similiar with phpBB2 before (and it worked) but now that phpBB3 is there I prefer to use that as the CMS. But I'm good with any forum that does what I am looking for =).
