Im currently watching 'most shocking' (police program in america, chasing criminals, arresting guys etc etc)

Anyway.. a woman got stopped as she was clearly drink driving, they did the tests on her, made her walk, do the alphabet etc then handcuffed her as she failed every single test. The woman then starts going on that what the police were doing was against the law and that she had a right to phone her boss, she then came out with these lines...

I need to have the right to call a phone!
