    the first one is just a stock with text...
    the second one as really good potential ! just blend the render some more and maybe some pentool lines would be cool.
    the third one is ok i guess.

    Agreed. I think the second one maybe needs more effects and something added around him to blend it more.

    I agree and the ironman can be better if the typo behind him wasnt blue..

    yup. blend ironman in some, and make the border in the third look better. dunno how much you did to the first, but it looks cool.
