Locked Threads Section?

In some forums there is a section for locked threads, do you agree with this? Do you think there is a need for section and why?

He said a seperate section for LOCKED threads, that means that they are mainly and mostly spam threads and stuff that need to be closed. If they were important they would be stickied already...

 

There is a trash place, but you don't see it, mods do.

why do you think there should be a locked thread section since you made this thread im assuming there is a reason behind this? Why should we add a pointless section to the forums?

I think we should do this and get a new mod job which means either: me cuz Im awesome, Sexiom for the nice avatar, and Boxiom for confusing me for so long whether or not he was also Sexiom. (I dont think u were aware of my confusion...)
