what do u mean by photoshop sites? like message boards, brushes, or what? -- some of thoes site u can download brushes and stuff like that, others are tutorials and what not? its a bunch of diffrent things. i havent really found a message board in thoes. but i dunno? maybe there is one that has a message board??
