nice texture on the background ---- needs a lightsource maybe and maybe a black border would be better...... nice overall effect....

I added a bit of a slanted greenish text near the left shoulder, but again, they had asked me to keep it off.

i dont really like the bg color with the render just looks boring next texture tho

 

next texture on the bg but blend the render more and try pentools lines maybe it will help!

also a lightsource is definitely needed here.

tag needs more depth...
