try setting limewire to port 48350, it usually works best for me around that region, if you have a router make sure that the port is forwarded to your computers static IP

they both run off the same network (gnutella) so if limewire is blocked bearshare will be too, same goes for frostwire which is practically identical to limewire but with deceteralisation

ok, first set up yourself a static IP adress
    static IP
then go in to your routers page (open your browser and in the adress bar type in 192.168.0.1) and login.
by default your login will be

    Code:
    username: admin
    password: password
in the left hand menu click on services
then in the new menu click on add custom service

    Code:
    name: limewire
    protocol: TCP
    port start: [limewires port]
    port end: [limewires port]

now click on the rules option
    click add

    Code:
    service: limewire
    action: ALLOW always
send to LAN server: [your static IP]
    WAN users: any
    Log: never

now click submit and reboot your router

    now it should be sorted,

:shaggy: tiscalli is a real bitch about p2p traffic, if possible and past your 12 month contract I would HIGHLY advise getting a better ISP
