Like Black Screen

Like every once and a while on my comp i get like this black screen and then it pops up with this error window, but it doesnt tell me how to fix it. I cant figure out how to fix it. Like every1 ik that know comps well cant fix it. Does any1 here know about it.?...and if u want a little more info on it instant message me bcuz its sorta hard 2 describe in words and i dont have a screenshot yet.

If you can't describe it in words, then whats the purpose of using IM vs. you giving more info here. Aside from that if you can't take a screenshot that's a huge disadvantage too. What is the error message? Just write that down and post it here, or type it into google and do a search.

 

do a virus scan or run ad-aware.

 

and if all that dont help go with the all mighty format that fixes all

 

you could have at least posted what the error message was, then it would be possible for someone to help you.

adware, virus, graphics maybe?....meh just format like Shugga said lol
