It's pretty cool looking, but there's too much blandness on the sides and on the spots where it's just all white. If there was more smudging on the sides and the center was a little more involved, then i think it would be a bit better.
I am guessing one of the reason's you added the border is so that you could distinguish the difference between the forum skin and your tag? I like the smudging, very nice. Maybe sharpen it up just a bit?
There's a lot of empty space on the sides. I really like the look of the center, but I think you could have done more with it.
