Technically Charles Manson didnt do anything either . He just had his cult do it for him, the onyl thing hes guilty os is conspiring, maybe a few minor charges, but hes been found guilty on murder, manslaughter, conspiracy, etc.
I haven't read anything you guys have said, but heres my opinion. If he would have gotten the death sentence..he would consider himself a Martyr, which we woulnd't want, and if we keep him in Jail, ....well i dunno about the jail part.
i think death for some crimes like mass murder. prison isnt just about punishing the person, its also about keeping them away from society. so if the person can be rehabilitated and their crimes were so bad then death is fine. if your trying to punish them they it the whole know your enemy thing and if they want death give them life if they want life give them death.
Yes but sometimes they want death but will not show it.Due to it is the easy way out.Let them do life let them suffer. They should think before they kill some one.If they can't control themselfs then they should not be out around others.Humans are going to piss you off. Hell look around the forum just cuz some ---Rep me or say something I do not like, I am not going to go out and kill some one for it.
Life in Solitary... because the starving doesn't seem to ever happen. Also, the body, as it shuts down, shuts down the senses. So, by the time it gets to the extreme point, he will not realize he is hungry, only know it. The way the death sentence is givin is through a series of 3 shots or something that make senses go away, sleep occur, and then the stopping of organs... it is useless because they know they will die easily and in this case "Go to his Infadels in the sky." Whatever... something like that... the whole Shihad ---- is stupid... either way, life solitary is the best because, like stated earlier, the human psyche can not take it and he will mentally break down over time, he may even kill hiself out of frustration and insane being. So, to make ends meet the way we want, I say Solitary.
They say death is an open door Into another room Within the city of the dead (Our New Kingdom) They say we walk like dreams Sharing the same breath Seeing through the same eyes (A collective spirit) As we pray on his grave our words fall and decay The earth it gives no peace, nor does it take away We all survive the grave (Unfortunate eternal) They say that in times past A king walked in the sky Until dethroned by man (Tribe of Judas) Truly, truly, this is the end It's not the same I'm plagued with pain and I can't let go This is the end
