I know the Balducci style, tiptoes. I want to know how Criss Angel does it, and it's not with secret pants or shoes, also called King Rising.

Secret pants? Wanna teach me? Im not sure how to levitate, but im sure its not easy, I think it has nothing to do with your clothing, shoes or w/e. I tihnk levitation is something to fool someone, or an illusion. You probably have to believe 100% about levitation and do some other difficult procedures.

 

I read this david blaine book, and DB does it by wires.
