Fun but too short.

20 levels in 4 campaigns is weak imo, also add the fact you do the same thing every level and boom, boring.

 

Same could be said about any online FPS, besides, additional scenarios have already been confirmed and other source games on PC's communities have been built on user customisation.

 

I want to hear the other FPS' that are that repetitive please.

Finished it..single player only unfortunately, still fun though................but the multiplayer on the demo was awesome!!

 

Get some friends, versus multiplayer is a blast.

 

This game would be good for an hour or so then get boring. It's shooting hoardes of zombies with no real plot by the look of it.

 

Played this with 4 friends, and it was a blast. One of the most fun games to play this year.

 

I'm staying with 3 of my cousins, so we always play split-screen.

The game is too repetitive.

Bumping since I bought this recently.
Despite the "repetitive" nature, which does exist (and does in every damn game). Take Counterstrike for example, repetitive as L4D -easily- yet still immensely popular. 4v4 online will be great, and as long as you actually have friends the game's great to play.

 

It's the mods that makes this game great.

Anyways, kind of just picked up the old Steam account I had just to get this game going.

Can you be more specific? I am thinking about getting this for the PC and I have read the reviews. Is it really as good as people are saying? With reviews like 9/10 you would think it would be good, but generally, people rate it higher right when they get it as they are excited about it, so it is usually a little slanted.
