    FINAL VERDICT

Left 4 Dead is a great game, it truly shows how diverse Valve is capable of being with their games, and it promotes a whole new ideal for FPS games. It uses the whole Coop portion to a level not many other games can boast. With the addition of the SDK and survival mode coming in a few weeks, this game is a must have for any zombie movie/game fan. If you're just looking for another FPS game to shoot up some people, then you might want to look elsewhere, although fun could be had, this most likely will not keep you entertained for very long.

All campaigns played to completion up to the Normal difficulty.
Time spent in game: 20+ Hours of Campaign mode, 4+ Hours of Versus mode.

Great game, but should have been released with the SDK. And there's a lot more than 4 hours on the versus mode. Especially if you play with friends.

The bottom shows how much of it I've played :P. I agree about the SDK, but hell people have found ways to make mods anyways. I'm really looking forward to the Dawn of the Dead mall for one, the guys been working on it for several years :D. Looks excellent.

I've probably played a grand total of ~30 minutes of L4D, all on Live, but from what I did play I thoroughly enjoyed. The game was very nicely stylized coming from an obviously well invested in art department. The only thing I did not enjoy was being the zombies, probably because I didn't know what I was doing (read: I ran at people and tried to hit them)

I think they need more DLC to widen the amount of story. There is a story, but it's hidden completely behind a curtain.

I could play the campaigns over and over because situations change a lot.

haha I've played L4D for well over 100 hours now...
The game is incredibly fun and the replay value is insanely high when you have friends to play with.
I play with 3 of my friends irl on STEAM, haha and when we have a good game ( most of the time)
Its always fun to talk and laugh the next day when we see each other at school.

I loved LFD. The only thing with it is the fact that I only would beat the campain by myself and with friends and a few multi and never played it agian.

Amazing game, I have it for the 360. It has a unique multiplayer that you will never see on any other video games.
