how do you know if your more muscular than me? i work out 4-5 times a week, its required for vasity hockey. i also run 3 miles every time i work out, and i have on-ice conditioning EVERY DAY of the week.

unless you have 1% body fat then you would be far skinnier than I(I put this in terms of muscular presence 10lbs per inch is normal since you are 6'0 if you have a light frame like I do, you should be at 170, dude bones and internal organs have their weight, 3ls per inch higher than me isn't much really), also, cardiovascular endurance is quite diferent than muscular strength and endurance so I have no idea why you mentioned runing. muscular endurance would be similar to how many pullups you can do while being weighed down with a backpack loaded with weights(I can do 10 pullups with 30lbs extra weight, or about 30[never tested] with no weight)

I also work out 4 times a week, but by plan, 5 times a week edges on too much because I tax my muscle heaviely each time I workout, I always go to complete failure and I keep my reps to a low/intermediate range(somewhere between 8-12 for first set)

Chances are you DON'T have a clue about your own culture. I am white; that doesn't mean I know anything about other whites, or "white culture" in general. I was born and raised in South America anyway.
