i can do a backflip off the fall too.
Karate and other class try to teach dont be agresive and dont start fights.
    Tips
Whenever you land a punch quickly follow it up with another ot hit them and back away
Keep moving, try not to get hit coz if you get hit first then it can mean you lose.

when you keep moving, you normally move from side to side, and up and down, not foward. this makes it harder for them to hit you, it psychs you up and psychs them out.

I just gave you an equation that shows I'm right. Do you or your friend have an equation that shows you're right?

And more destructive because you have applied a greater force.

That's like saying that if I keep my fist pressed against a wall, the wall will eventually get damaged because the force from my fist is "carrying on through the wall." You see how that logic doesn't work?

The only thing that matters is the moment of impact; everything after that is nothing but your fist pressed against his face, which "helps" destroy his face just as much as you pressing your fist against a wall helps destroy the wall.

look, if you carry your fist on, it will knock them back because there is more force, a sharp punch doesnt mean its more powerful, and i dont mean carry the punch on totally, i just mean carry it on after you hit the t=arget for a few seconds. and please stop saying about your equation, it means jack ---- to me.

Uh, the equation is the reason WHY you're wrong. If it doesn't mean jack ---- to you then it just means you don't care about being right. Take physics and then get back to me.

Actually, the fact that the person gets knocked back is because of the momentum, not because of the force. At any point in time, the net force will always be equal to 0 anyway, because the force you apply on his face is equal to the force his face applies on your fist (look up Newton's Second Law on google). What causes the person to get hurt/knocked back is the momentum involved, not the force. Therefore, if you want a lot of momentum and a lot of force, deliver a sharp punch rather than a prolonged one.

Yes it does, because for the momentum that exists, you're reducing the amount of time you stay in contact with the person's face, therefore increasing the force of it.

That just means you're REDUCING the force, regardless of how long you maintain it for. The longest you hold the punch on his face, the less force you're applying, period.
