    3. If you choose to sell the PSD for FR again you MUST explain these terms and conditions to the next buyer.

    As for rule 2 and 3, they are contradictory in some areas..

    2. You are never allowed to sell the psd for profit, or give out for free, you may do what you like with a tutorial on it though.

    That just means that you can't sell for more then you bought it for.

    i agree with kirbir.it would hve been cool..if i got it i would hve made a tut so people can learn.

    he didn't say net profit so I assumed he meant it as a way to say: You can't sell for credits for give it away from free.

    I assume you can sell a tut, but dont sell the psd


    And maybe vice versa with giving it out for free, maybe you can make a tutorial give it out for free and not the psd for free

    Here is some clarification for you all.

    YOU CAN MAKE A TUTORIAL ON IT AND GIVE THE PSD TO THE TUT MAKER, THEMSELVES AND YOU ARE THE ONLY ONES TO SEE THE PSD WHILST YOU OWN IT UNDER MY RESTRICTED RIGHTS

    YOU MAY SELL THIS AGAIN FOR BUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STILL APPLY, AND YOU MUST EXPLAIN THIS TO THE BUYER

    I DO NOT WANT THE PSD MASS SPREAD AROUND, SO IT IS RIPPED AND EVERYONE BECOMES UNORIGINAL IN LARGE PIECES, SO I DON'T WANT IT SOLD FOR LR OR GIVEN OUT AS A FREE RESOURCE ANYWHERE

    i hope that clarifies some things.

    .c1 pretty much knows exactly what i mean, if you want to make money off this get the tutorial and sell it for LR, but never sell the psd lr

    or if your a person like kirbir and is really nice, get a tutorila written on it and give the tutorial for free, but once again the psd is never to be given out for lr.

    Basically i just want the person who buys to be the only person to see the psd, with the exception they if they want a tutorial they can give it to one tutorial writer.

    I WILL ASSUME THE BID IS 2.5k WITH BUCCANEER

    remember peoples imwellhung made over 6000 credits selling the tutorial to his large piece alone. and never sold the psd once.
