I will never release a large piece psd made after this date, i may sell the ones made before though.

THIS IS NOT FOR FR BUT RESTRICTED RIGHTS, MEANING YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BUT YOU OWN IT.

1. You are the only one ever to posses the psd, you are only ever allowed to give it someone to write a tutorial on.
2. You are never allowed to sell the psd for profit (with the exception of selling it for these restricted rights where you lose ownership), or give out for free, you may do what you like with a tutorial on it though.
3. If you choose to sell the PSD for RR(restricted rights) again you MUST explain these terms and conditions to the next buyer.
4. I still have permission to keep on my Deviantart.

Then i won't sell full rights, i will sell my own one called restricted rights, i never said anywhere that its full rights.

1. Don't give it out free as a resource, but you can make a tutorial, and give the psd to the person that is making it.
2. You can't sell it for more then you bought it for. If a tutorial is made, you can do what you want with it.
