    I have a fujitsu lifebook 17"

The fan seems to be making too much noise since two days ago.

I don't know how to clean it or what to do. It is loud that you can hear it outside my bedroom door when the door is locked.

    Help would be appreciated!

    Zain.

its most likely clogged with dust

when my old computer's fan starting getting noticeably loud, it turned out it was caked with dust.

I second Greasy Pete; you should try either cleaning it out yourself or taking it in to a shop of some sort. As he said, it's most likely extremely dusty.

If all else fails, jam a pencil in it.

    +1

You know I have been trying to do that for a long time. I need it to be an accident. Last time I placed the danged thing on my SUV and then drove the SUV, instead of falling on the concrete it fell on the grass on the left hand side and was unharmed... It's been lucky a lot

I just want a new laptop..

Anyhow, I will try to clean it up somehow :D

    Thanks GUys

Look for the wires leading to the fan and cut them with scissors. This will make the noise stop.

No one should feel guilty if someone takes something on the internet as anything BUT bad advice.

Pretty much the best way to clean electrical hardware.

It might be, if it's an older systmem that the fan is on it's way out.
