The lighting is too bright on her face would be the first thing i notice, the text is too far away from your focal and it should be read left to right so lady should be just to the left of gaga. Not sure why you have a white and black border either... The effects seem ok but they don't really help the render to blend into the signature too much. Change that stuff up and it'll be so much improved
