    Yeah, lighting is very nice imo.
    Not that fond of the transparant rectangle around the text though.

    put the box in the bottom left corner, and the first one is better.. it has enough depth, you can't have "good" lightning and ---- depth, lightning is one of the many main effects which give you DEPTH, if it had no lightning then it would be a flat image =].

    I also don't understand why one of you put a ugly shape with an our glow on the left mid hand side, it has no correlation to the actually piece.
