its cool man, a lil bright it seems, and kinda lacks a focal, but its fairly pleasing to the eye I like the size too
Focals about where the hair ends and the shoulder starts, thats the first place my eye is drawn anyway.The brightness center against dark background has to do with the theme of the first kingdom hearts.Thanks for the reply though, I'm glad it's "fairly" pleasing lmao.
Yeah what's bugging me is how many lights there are (dots). They're really really distracting. Nice effects overall though. It's really pretty.
Great flow...everything is good. There are a few 'downpoints' One, as DarthSomething mentioned the orbs of light could be dimmed down, they seem a little bright and pulls away from the focal. Also, whichever layer is on lighten to produce the cloudy effect could be lowered also, seems a little too much. Everything else is good, the flow and coloring and such.
@ EK camisado: I don't have the stock no more, but thanks for the reply. @ N1cKeH: I'm glad you liked it, but I don't think I'll do a tutorial since it's not in high demand.I will tell you a lot of it is just smudging with a soft round brush with 50% strength(makes that kinda light beam effect). @ .:JCoca:. : I'm pretty sure I tried dimming them once before and it didn't look good imo, I even tried it without it but it looks empty w/o them.There are a few layers set to lighten but all it does is take away the dark BG on them, I actually really kinda hate the effect lighten gives unless it's subtle.Thanks for the comment though, I'm glad overall you guys liked it ^_^.
broden the focal area by erasing some of the glossy parts edges by his head n shoulder also erase it from the knees for better depth perspective, other then those tweeks its a nice piece
Grr, I was hoping you would still have the stock/render. I really want it. Anyways, Having the the the sides be less saturated or just not as strong would add to the overall feel. And instead of dimming the dots as mentioned, try blurring instead? The white box in the corner seems a little off too. Other than that, some of the effects used are great and of course, great render/stock.
Wow, that's pretty nice! Some sick effects going on. I think the only thing I'd suggest is making Roxas' hair a little sharper. But still, it's awesome as it is.
looks good, i would tone down the brighness a little, do somethign more to the background, and remove that random white box in the lower right corner
