The blue lines aren't apparent enough! I say make them a stronger glow, and the guy to the right is bothering me because you only have him half blurred and it looks like a strong blur, take the blur off him and add a lighter one (Gaussian Blur 0.2-0.5) Also because of how bright it is you should add a black boarder like 3-4 pixels just top and bottom IMO To my eyes it looks like you cut it out and cover the rest of the picture. Without a boarder on it I just wanna continue on the photo as a larger art peace putting a boarder on there would help my mind stay off that. It's like your teasing me or something lol Great job though I love it
liking the depth but work on the colors, make the blue stand out more and tone the yellow down to greyish white
