I dont know where to begin. :>
First of all those both texts do not fit, I would really concentrate on one spot for adding a text,
like only the bottom or only the top. :>
Then those things at the sides really do not fit either in the concept, they look even more sharpened than the
render does and therefore are drawing away the concentration from the 5 guys there. :>
It is always hard doing a signature with a band because you have multiple focuses as you probably noticed.
Then, you should get rid off that yellow bursh at the bottom it kinda looks off, try to set it somehow
on soft light or something so that it does not come out that hard. :>
The colors are heading a little too much in the yellow direction, try to find somehow a balance.
That should be all for now.

Well I'm glad that your back into graphics :D

But you need to learn a few things to :D

First, never place an effect over your focal point ( center or most consentrated point ) like that yellow orangish brush you have over the band members, atleast
never do that over a large part of the focal point, by doing that your making it less attractive to the eye. Also the effects on the left and right take away from
the band members like strykor said. A way to change that is using a gaussian blur on an applied image about 1.0 or lower depending on the depth you want to
create in your signature, then using an eraser on like 20% until you get rid of the blur you don't need. Also like strykor said again, don't split your text around the
signature try 2 keep it in one area so you don't make people look around the text, it sets the flow of it off.

Another thing is color, don't use just one color scheme, try to mix it up.
For instance instead of just orange put some white and grey colors into this signature with different tones of yellow and orange.
Also always work with the original renders colors, it adds color to the signature so don't make them orange keep there tan/white color, it'll compliment the other
    colors in this siganture.

Your background is pretty empty as well so try to add more to it so it tells a story like there standing in an ally way or something or in a city or something.

Hope my comments help you as an artist :D
If you ever have any questions ask me and I can help :D
Good luck and post an update so I can see how it looks after you put some critique into it.
