I am good at ollies now now i need help with a kickflip... I dont get how they mean flick your foot..Were? How? Direction? And other things...Pretty much i am asking if you can show me-video- or pictures how..?Instructions of how you do it... BTW: I am Normal footed.. Thankies
its like doing and ollie, but pull your front foot off to the the heel side. Instead of dragging straight up and down, give it a flick to the left(Since you're normal footed). If you're going stationary, then you dont have to move much, but if you're moving, you gotta just slightly forward to land on the board again.
I still don't get t :"( I do it but it ends up still into an ollie maybe im flicking wrong? feet wrong position..?
well im fakie but ill reverse what i do for a kick flip- METHOD1- Have your right foot at the edge of the tail and a lil on the edge your left foot is on. The have your left foot pointed a little bit but only have your toes on the edge. Then pop really hard down and dont flick your foot just basically ollie with your feet placed that way and it will flip. Although this keep the board under you and its easier to catch you will need alot of pop to get it METHOD2- Same feet placement as 1 but have your front foot on more of the board and possibly farther back*depends on how much of a flick you want to give. Farther back for less flick needed*. Then pop the board up and like the first just ollie but instead of just doing an ollie you will have to give it a little flick but dont kick it out away from you. Keep the board underneath you. Then while your in the air and its spinning keep your knees tucjed and just push your feet down when you have it flipped. Method2 is harder but looks more profesional and clean. At first these may feel odd but later you will get it smoother and better. If you still need help ill record me kickflippin and ill slow it down and show ya
Thanks for your comment mate helped allot ^_* I still want to make my Kickflip more profesional. But i dont get the flick part. Maybe if you have the time you can record yours, that would REALY help. But do it only if u have time im not rushing you
its all good, its dark out so ill probably have it tomarrow, also the flick is just rolling your foot on its side til you get to the nose then you kick it off the board and straighten in back out
