Well I see how you were putting the wings on him, which gives him sort of a more ethereal presence, and that's pretty neat to me. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe trying to put a clipping mask with a filter on him. Maybe get him to blend with the signature more. He's wearing a very strong blue shirt that really don't mesh well with the background. Or heck maybe even try pen tooling the shirt/tie and matching the color with the soft blue you're using.
Looks like Kanye has longer hair. Lol. Not bad, but yeah, background too chaotic for a nice simple render. Meh.
