who are you to decide who can vote and who cant? im a GR member and i dont vote for templates depending on who i like more or not... if you say that NONE of us can vote, than K1 can easily say that NOONE from the forums it will be posted at can vote
whomever is voting, will have to be decided on by both partys, not just mark, and not just k1, unless you want to choose a set of judges each, however its very easy to be biased that way, Though each judge should vote on specific categories, such as functionality, design, etc Daz

you don't know their template skils, but then by looking at a website you are not drawn into a contract to use their services, The idea of a portfolio is to sell yourself, if you lack a portfolio, then you can not advertise your skills, and less people are likely to use the services, its a risk tey have taken, Most people will just look for a new design company which has a sample of work done, daz
Mark doesn't have $100 sitting in his paypal, because it takes 2-3 business days to transfer any amount of money from your bank account to your paypal.
LOL... you don't realize, when you have a credit card attached to your paypal, I am verified and all, you can do instant transfers, it says you have enough but you can't verify payment until after the money is in your account. Also, We have landed PLENTY of deals by simply people CONTACTING US eventhough we don't have anything ONLINE as in public, its more shown on request.

I have a credit card attached to my paypal, and it still takes 2-3 business days to transfer and clear, thats how it works everywhere. You guys have no clients because you can't even meet the deadline on your own companies site, so you have no chance in hell of meeting any clients dead line. And if you indeed need to pretend you have clients, post the name of the company/person/squad and the work that was presented and ACCEPTED.
