Its not that its your pc thats taking that long you are short on ram I would suggest going into your image and cache and lower how much ram ps uses to open and it should cut down the amount of time it takes also open up your computer and look and see what type of ram your computer uses and start pricing the ram sticks around most computers use DDR or DDR2 and if its too old the ram is more money and harder to find. DDR usually runs $70 for 1GB DDR2 is the cheaper one $64 for 2gb at bestbuy. Like my computer for an example I have a Compaq thats about 2 years old and I have Pscs3 and pscs2 and it would take 25 min to open ps and I added 516mb of ram and it may take a min or 2 to load cs3 up.
