Yes to effect, just tune up #3; not really feelin that one..

No to dom, you need to work on some things, depth, lighting, and trying to avoid that sparkle effect. Sparkle effects look nasty..well, on certain types of tags. I would try a narrower tag size, 400px x 90px is what I use. Apply again once you get more tags done!
