ok it suuucks, i cant acces all sites ... only some .. i cant acces ati.com but i can google, i can acces this site but i cant acces microsoft.com ... really... my 3hgz prescott is being pushed when i open msn .. wich doesnt work btw. I cant install anything .. my cpu cant take it .. well its just the beta .. but as a beta its SUCKS i would rather use dos than this ----ty piece of crap... so i said it
there is a prob there, cant acces normal xp .. dont wanna reinstall again .. ow and btw it took like 2 hours to install.
Why did u install it in the first place rather pointless becusae no patches/fixes nor service packs are even out for it and thats why its still sucks its in BETA!! you have to wait till the original comes out
im probably going to wait like 1 year so all the patches and stuff are out, than i might buy a new pc with vista
i will NEVER buy any windows, ill just download it, not trying to show off or anything, windows is just not worth it. I bought linux tho, even tho some versions are free.
How isn't it worth it. Explain your statement. Its in beta, how the hell your supposed to think its going to work good?
exactly my thinking. betas NEVER work 100%. NEVER they are trials before the big OS distro. I even tried the beta from longhorn, and yea, it sucks, but it looks kinda cool... I knew it was a beta, just wanted to see how along it was... Wait till the real one. How many great things will you see.
We had one of our guys install the vista beta. Machine would reboot every 30 minutes, like clockwork. Always test it on an old machine to see what it does first. Looks like it is going to be another failed attempt at a good OS.
you'll never know until the finished product is done... again, its only a beta, nothing else. Microsoft may already fixed all that...
Its Vista... Anyway, betas never work 100%. I was one of the first beta-testers for Gmail, and well, It sucked. Now look what it has become. I'm pretty sure Vista will own.
