I just bought Platinum just wondering why it hasn't switched me over from ruby yet, is it not instant or something? If I don't get a response and it switches over i'll just close this. Thank you.

I guess I could have looked first, thanks though i'll rep you for being nice. I kind of figured admins had to do it because they have to change over access to alot of things.
You need to send one of us a screenshot of all the transaction details. The from e-mail, the to-email, the 16 digit transaction id number and the amount paid, then we will upgrade you as soon as get it.
